All our skins come from consciously sourced boutique Italian tanneries. Our leathers are treated through a vegetable tanning process that leaves the leather not only remarkably durable but also beautiful.

Buttero vegetable tanned leather begins its journey as slightly firm in texture and then with time and use, breaks in to become buttery soft with a classic patina.

The leather can appear to scratch easily with abrasion, as well as from the environment around you but never fear - the scratches will fade as the leather darkens and becomes smooth and soft to the touch as you begin to use the product.

Since leather is handcrafted, there are bound to be natural variations, unevenness in color or texture on the surface. These are not damages or flaws but are true characteristics of genuine leather.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY LICKS PRODUCT?
We won’t keep you waiting for too long! We send out products within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays. Orders received over the weekend will be sent out on Monday.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with an online tracking number. We’re happy to have you become a part of the Licks brand!
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, Licks is an international brand and accepts orders from all over the world. You will be charged shipping costs based on the destination you order from. Feel free to share the Licks love and gift our brand to your friends and family across the world!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our aim is to please with an exclusive collectible so we expect very few returns. However, in order to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. And of course, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your product for return, as well as whether you are eligible for a refund, based on the condition of the product. If approved, your refund will be processed, via the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
No, it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Creating an account makes you a part of the Licks brand journey and you will be able to trace your history, edit your addresses and track your delivery faster.
With your consent, we will also send you exclusive invites to special events and a chance to be the first to sample new products and just share the love!

HOW ARE MY TAXES CALCULATED?

All orders placed in India are subject to GST at 18%. For all international orders, the recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country and carrier-related fees. These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
